Kinect Game Suggestions

I just got an Xbox with Kinect and am looking for a good workout game. I'd like a dance/zumba one or something to really give me a good workout. Any suggestions? Any that you didn't care for? Thanks!

    and the dance central and sports ones are good for light workouts.

    actually dance central 2 is a really good workout.

    Amazon has buy 2 get 1 free on some of their Kinect games, so I ended up getting Dance Central 2 and the Kinect Sports 1 and 2 for only $49.98. Thanks again for the suggestions! Super excited to try them out. ;)

    We bought an x-box and Kinect on Sunday JUST to play Dance Central. Not kidding. It's such a great workout! We got Dance Central 2 so my boyfriend and I can both play at once. I've played the first one, too and it is great as well.
