I cannot believe how far I've come. I've been looking back on my old pictures before I started this wonderful journey toward a healthy lifesyle and I'm very excited about these past four months! I look forward to see what the next four months hold!
Well here's my before picture...
Before I had any idea I was capable of working out and making a change in my life for the better.
Before I knew that in just four little months I would be my smallest adult weight.
Before I thought it was possible to be healthy with my busy lifestyle.
Before I knew I was able to lose 61lbs in 4 months!
Now here's a picture that was taken today..and I must say that I am much more confident and proud of myself then I have been in a very long time! Thanks for reading my story.
