Favorite 300 calorie dinner

On some days, I find myself short on calories as dinner approaches. When that occurs, this is my favorite sub-300 calorie meal.

Panera Organic Tomato Bisque - 1.75 cups
Large Homemade Garden Salad - about 3 cups
Salsa Verde (Goya or Herdez) as salad dressing - 3 tbsp

What's your favorite?

    2 soft small tortillia shells.
    3 oz ground turkey
    1 oz alegro cheese shredded
    2 tbsp salsa
    letuce chopped
    tomatoes diced
    onions diced

    about 305 cals.
    i rarely eat 300 cal meals, but if i did this would be it!

    Shiratake noodles
    oyster sauce
    Imitation crab meat or shrimp
    garlic
    (Sesame oil if I can spare some cals)l

    1/2 cup eggbeaters
    2 slices turkey bacon
    small apple
    cup of fat free milk
    about 250-270 calories depending on apple size
  • 1 alaskian salmon burger
    1 piece of whole wheat toast
    1 fried egg
    A few spinach leaves & mini sweet peppers

    So delcious & only 250 calories. About 26 grams of protein.

    Pasta Sauce or EVOO w/spices
    Grated parmesan
    chicken breast

    or

    Shrimp
    Rice
    Steamed vegies (oriental mix)
    Thai Peanut sauce
