My Fantasy, Revisited

I posted a couple of months ago about an idea I had been been toying with, to celebrate my birthday.
Sit down in a dark movie theater and tuck into a 2.5 pound bag of Kirkland Signature (Costco) Natural Shredded 4 Cheese Blend with a big spoon. Preferably, a Marvel movie, like "Captain America" or "Avengers".

A squirt of ketchup in there would be good too.

I may try this for my birthday.

I've done some thinking since then, and have reconsidered.

I'm thinking that mozzarella might be better, as it has a less acid flavor to it than the four cheese blend. Also, I'm thinking that a little marinara in there would be tasty.

My birthday is coming up too. I think I'll do this and let you know how awesome it is.

You'd better smuggle in some prune juice in a Big Gulp mug.

I'd skip the marinara and go with the hot sauce!

I think adding sauce sounds kind of gross. A good seasoning for cheese is meat. Maybe bacon?

People that cannot recognize humor live sad, bitter lives.
  • Right there with you. I miss cheese almost as much as chocolate. I have both sometimes but not with the delightful, calories-don't-matter wild abandon that I used to. I get genuinely excited when they have cheese samples at Costco. :ohwell:

Only thing that could make it better would be being wrapped in velvet.

Love the idea, sounds delicious! How about cheese, crushed up taco shells, meat + all the other goodies? Hey, you only get a birthday once a year and you should enjoy it whichever cheesy way you chose :)

A large jar of Hot Fudge and a big can of peanuts....and a serving spoon!

I actually used to do this.....that's why I am here to undo that!
