ideas for cardio

Hey everyone...I need some new ideas for a cardio routine.....getting tired of day in and day out on the treadmill...something fun...any suggestions?????

  • Try setting up a cardio circut in a park with friends that involves cardio & strength training :) Take some markers, yoga mats & weights/medicine balls and set up a course for yourself. Its easier and more fun with friends!
  • I love making up my own routines! Incorporating cardio and strength
    Like:
    Mountain Climbers - 1 minute
    Plank twists - 10 on each side
    Burpees - 1 minute
    Double crunches - 25
    Upper cut punches with handweights - 1 minute
    Abdominal twists with added weight - 25 each side
    Tuck jumps - 10 total
    Row boats - 60
    Maybe do something like that a couple times and then walk on the treadmill for a cool down
