You are an inspiration!! What exercises did you do? Your whole body is amazing but I don't see droopy upper arms that seem to plague most of us grey hairs. Any advice on sticking with it and exercising, and...and...and.

All I kan say is OMG! WONDERFUL!!! btw for all the spelling Nazis out there yes I see the k where a see should be...and yes I spelled out see when it should be a letter...I have no letter see you see so I use the k when it makes the k sound...lmao!Same house, same tree - but three years later it's a whole new me!!
