    I eat nothing until mid to late afternoon. I eat a buttload between about 6pm and bedtime, basically eating nonstop.

    I take in about half my daily calories in my evening meal. Breakfast is usually just slightly higher calorically than lunch. I was a nighttime snacker and having a larger evening meal makes it easier for me to avoid that. I'm still in a weight loss phase.

    If I workout at lunch then the meal after my workout is the biggest, don't eat breakfast very often. Usually it's lunch.

    Defenitely lunch, but I also snack a lot so I'm not hungry at all.

    Thanks! This is good advice. I notice recently I'm much hungrier at night during dinner time. And I also have those cravings all day so like you said large breakfast sounds like an awesome idea for me too. Plus a I've been working out a lot at night but usually after dinner, so I should probably add a snack. Soon I'll be working out night and day due to my martial art classes.

    I also added a snack a bit before bed. It usually consists of a pot of tea and something sweet, but healthy. Again, curbing the craving. I make black bean chocolate chip cookies or pumpkin cookies. Only one or two cookies and the bot of tea. Makes me feel like I am indulging and being special :P
