Hello everyone!
Well am in a much better mood this week!
As most of you will know i put 1lb on last week which was very annoying!
Start of mfp 231lbs
start of Goal challenge 182lbs
weight last week 177lbs :explode:
weight this week 175lbs
loss this week 2lbs :happy:
loss in challenge 7lbs
goal for july 147lbs
left to go 28lbs!!
Worked a lot harder at it this week! Thought i was starting to plateau and was panicking!! did lots more exercise and stuck to the basic food groups (no eating crap!) and voila! it worked!!
PHEW!!!

Good Morning all-
Feeling frustrated with myself (what else is new?). I can't seem to do well for more than thre or four days at a time and then I have a day, or a meal of over eating! I know this is something I will need to figure out. Anyway the result is that I bounce around- up a few pounds, down a few pounds; essentially maintaining. If I add my total calories for the week and divide by 7 I am averaging about 1800-1900 per day, so it's no mystery why I am just maintaining.

I didn't post on Thursday, because I have been too upset!! I was SO hoping to get into the 100's and did everything right. Ate great. Not too little or too much, exercised great (even upped my time on the ellitpical by 5 min a session), and drank my water. Unfortunately, my TOM came 2 days before weiging and ruined it!!!!! HOPEFULLY next week!!!
