Well I just wanted to say hello. I have so many people on my side, but needed people going through the same thing to help me
So I am starting here, thanks to my friend Mike, who has stood by me when I couldnt stand by myself.
I am at 180 now, and want to end at about 130, more like a size 5, than a certain weight. I want to be comfortable with who I am again.

My biggest thing is, time, so I have to find time and excercises I can do at home or on the run. I work 2 jobs 7 days a week, with every other Monday off. Have 2 boys that play club soccer,so always running them around, I do walk during the games or pace, but never sit. And eat on the run, but I dont eat enough, so I know my problems, just nto sure about the solutions.0

well, it all depends on your goals -- there are plenty of very effective workouts you can do in 15-30 minutes without a gym or any equipment. and the best thing you can do for your diet is plan ahead. before i go to bed at night i always whip up something healthy for lunch and snacks the next day. it keeps me from even considering fast food or vending machines. women's health probably has a ton of great ideas in both the fitness and nutrition area. a subscription is fairly inexpensive too -- just a thought.0 -
