Probably just depends on what you put on it! If you want to add brown sugar or maple syrup, or if you want to substitute it for a dessert and throw a tablespoon of Cool Whip or a tbsp of vanilla ice cream on top, just count how many calories those are0

I also do this with dried fruit like apricots or even frozen fruit like peaches or blueberries.....I love cooking it while I am sleeping. I just add extra liquid (1 cup) so I don't have to stir every hour like the recipe suggests......Waking up to a hot yummy bowl of this stuff with little to no effort is just awesome!0
