bad idea. listen to Jillian Michael's podcast on the topic (she has a doctor as a guest) anytime you think for a moment that fasting until dinner is a good idea. You fast = slower matabolism and *boom* you down 3,000 cals at dinner and every single morsel gets stored as fat. DON'T ever think fasting is a good idea (unless of course you are Jewish and have to during the high holidays).0

Fasting until dinner will NOT slow down your metabolism. Sounds great! Enjoy!0

Um, can I come over for dinner? All of that sounds amazing.0

That sounds epic! I'm totally not fasting. I ate a waffle and some grits this morning0

I ditto what another poster said.....FASTING won't bring down your metabolism. I used to do it when I began my weight loss journey. I actually haven't done it in awhile. Need to get back to doing it. It really controlled my appetite later.
I've been experimenting with trying to eat regular meals and it is NOT working for me...
I actually binge. My body does not like eating small meals and snacks...
when I ate one huge meal or two HUGE meals after fasting I was completely satisfied. Beginning to think I am a volume eater. It's about volume to me.
I may go back to it after the holidays. Anyways...the dinner menu sounds GREAT.
Can I come?!0 -
Ummm can I come over to eat too?? I seriously drooled.
Don't fast, you'll get a headache.0 -
