Good mornin ladies
I am having a great mornin and I thank Chrissyh for that. I DID NOT STOP for a biscuit today. I made myself an egg sandwich with some yogurt for breakfast. I guess I just needed someone to say hey stop doing that!:blushing:
I just need to change my bread and I will be golden:drinker:
I hope yall are having a great mornin as well

YAY!!!!! Once you stop eating them, you'll find they upset your stomach and you don't want them....or that's how it's been for me....way to go - I am proud of you!!!! I use to eat white bread all the time and I've found Honey Wheat is so YUMMY I don't know why I never bought it - my kids like it too! So it's kid approved!
I did a 50 minute strength class last night then I did finish day 1 of week 2 of C25K...my thighs are saying WHOA! We'll see how I feel if I rest today or not....

I almost stopped for hotcakes this morning as well.... but at the last minute, went the other way and made some egg whites with sausage and I feel better for it!0

Sorry I have been MIA...life is just kinda crazy right now...:grumble: and thanks for keeping the thread going...
My workouts have not been consistant and my eating not so much on the healthy side...all the life stuff is messing with me, but I will get past it soon.

T, i'm with you on trying to keep up with life right now!
my g'ma is probably only gonna hang in with us for a few more hours today... so with moving (?) to indiana on thursday, i'm donw with trying to make plans. i'll just have to roll with the punches and i might be back up to michigan for the funeral before i'm even gone.
trying to stay active and optimistic, but i think the challenge is suffering from my lack of time/ concentration. trying to hang in there though!!
can you all think some sane and hopeful thoughts for my family? thanks! :flowerforyou:0 -
I love honey wheat bread. I am going to get some sara lee 45 cal honey wheat bread instead of the regular wich has more cals. Now i just need a sub for mayo0

I am not doing that well. I started off great at the beginning of this year and its been so easy. That is until last Wendsday. I find myself wanting to eat everything in sight. I keep saying that I won't do it then the next thing you know I have sat there and eaten 300-500 calories of something that I really shouldn't have. The thing is, I am not hungry, just craving food. I am so mad at myself for letting this happen. I have stepped up on exercising to try to keep up and actually lost a pound when I did my weigh in on Sunday. I still don't know how I lost. Then I step on the scales at home this morning, which I usually don't do, and I am up 4 lbs!!!! I promised myself that I would take control back today. I just hope I can get back on track today before its too late.0

I've switched to Light miracle whip or horseradish sauce or a little Light Mayo - to me the fat free kind is yucky!0 -

Thanks! I think I needed to hear that from someone else other than me. I wore my "fat pants" today to remind me how much weight I have lost. I am hoping that everytime I have to hold them up it will remind me how far I have come and motivate me to keep moving.0 -
:laugh: I still have a pair of my 22s in my closet as a reminder....I still have a good ways to go but I've come so far....0

Yesterday was better than last week. I got a little walk in. Today I have been doing really well. Making good choices and went for another walk on my break. This morning my mom even asked me if we were going to go work out tonight! Nice to have some one who is also trying to do this same process as me0
