hurt knee

Hi all well i fell down a flight of stairs and now i cant move my knee my doctor says that i need to rest it for two months... i can not take that much time off any ideas as to how i can keep working out.

You can still weight train. And don't go against doc's orders. You'll just set yourself back even further if you reinjure yourself.
