hurt knee

Hi all well i fell down a flight of stairs and now i cant move my knee my doctor says that i need to rest it for two months... :( i can not take that much time off any ideas as to how i can keep working out.

    You can still weight train. And don't go against doc's orders. You'll just set yourself back even further if you reinjure yourself.

    What about swimming or water aerobics? Do you have access to an indoor pool?
