    You look awesome! And might I add not even close to 61-people want to know the secret to a youthful appearance-eating healthy and exercising. Congrats on the success, and keep it up :)

    Thanks. I feel fabulous. People ask me if I "cheat." Nope. People ask me if I overeat on holidays. Nope. I made a commitment to a new LIFESTYLE. I am never hungry and I exercise hard daily. I enjoy my holidays without making food the center of my world. It is fuel for my body now; nothing more and nothing less. I eat healthy daily and that in turn makes me feel so full of energy. It is fun to have that "bouncing off the walls" feeling naturally and too much energy at my age. It has been almost 22 months now. Maintenance is the easiest part IMO. This journey was not easy, it was not quick, and it was not done with a fad diet. Just plain old calories in versus calories burned.
