I'm on a raw food kick...but once I'm off that I want to keep dairy at a minimum and stay on a no-wheat/grain diet. is anyone else doing either (or both) of these? any tips, recipes, food plans you love?
cheers (:

I'm gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, peanut-free! It's tough but I feel great, my allergies are waaay down, and I think I'm actually saving money. Squash, quinoa, and Ugi's brand bread have been my saviors, as has millet-based cereal and almond milk. Mmmmm.
Feel free to message me if you want more specific ideas!0 -
I'm wheat and sugar free. I've lost 145 pounds in the past 21 months. I feel great. Went from a 4X shirt to a medium, from out growing a 52 inch waist pants down to a 34 inch now. I have 10 pounds to go. Hope to get into a 32 inch waist pants soon.
It took a tragedy in my life to wake me up. I know I'll never go back to the old lifestyle.0
