Chipotle Chicken: -- It's hot

4 Boneless, skinless breasts
Paprika
Salt
pepper
1 package Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 cup skim milk
3 Chipotle in adobo sauce

Boil chicken in Onions, garlic salt and pepper for 20 minutes. While you are boiling the chicken mix the sauce with the cream cheese, skim milk, chipotles, paprika, salt and pepper ub a blender until smooth.

Once chicken is done, transfer to baking dish and pour sauce over that and add a pinch more paprika. bake for 20 minutes on 350 -- sauce will thicken so you need to stir it 1/2 way through. serve over pasta or rice
