Why not anything to keep me going I am just going to add in 100 sit-ups a day with it. Anyone on board with that also?!0

I'm in. If you pace it well, this should take less than 3 minutes.. for some less than 2. As others have said, if you do the 100 straight and you're not used to it, this can take you out of commission the day of and the next.. to start the 2nd day of 100 squats will test your will power... which is what it's all about. Fire it up! Good luck fitness pals
