the music I enjoy working out to is on my profile. very moving and full of energy ;)
  • Nine Inch Nails, Megadeth, Metallica, and more. It has to be motivating. Sometimes even a little Celine Dion.
  • KANYE WEST, JAYZ, BEYONCE, DRAKE, RICK ROSS, THE WEEKEND, NAS, COMMON, BONE THUGZ IN HARMONY, JCOLE, MIGUEL, ....................................................................................................................
WATCH THE THRONE WAS THE SICKEST CONCERT EVER!
  • I listen to K-Pop and J-Pop. It's upbeat, and I can't understand the lyrics so they don't distract me.

Judas Priest really gets me going! The faster paced songs, and exclusively the Rob Halford Judas Priest. I'm a Judas Priest snob.

I just rediscovered some great compilations on my iPod that I would highly recommend. It's all from the Ministry of Sound (MoS), a nightclub in London. Great dance music, great beats... they keep me moving without even thinking about the time.

The 80's...so upbeat and cheesy...you can move to it, and sing it really loud while exercising.
