New goal for the New Year.

Been a member for a couple of months now but I am looking for a non-weight related goal for the new year that will promote healthy habits during the process. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have mine to be able to run 3 miles. I don't have a time I am trying to get it done in but I want to run 3 miles without stopping. Maybe I will only get 1 or 2 but it's start.0

Yea i'm not sure what I want to do yet. I want it to be something that is do-able but is going to really make me feel good once I have completed it.0
