To lose 80 pounds. I would like to lose 100, but I'm trying to be realistic. I know that others have done that, but I seem to be a littler slower at this than others. Basically, to keep up what I'm doing now...but try to exercise more.0

I just want to be healthy and feel pretty. I am so sick of not feeling like I am pretty because of my weight. I want to go to the store and buy something that fits and doesnt leave bits of me peeking through the fabric for all the world to see (the bits that dont need to peek through at least) I am tired of being the girl that cannot make a decision about where to eat because I feel guilty if I enjoy food. I am tired of running as much as I do for the sole reason that "it will make me pretty". I want to stop hating myself and look in a mirror and actually see something good.0

Yes - quitting smoking is not easy but it can be done. I quit New Years Day 2009 (I smoked like a lunatic the night before to the point I grossed myself out!) But seriously - I just kept repeating "failure is not an option!!!!" You can so do it - I smoked for almost 35 years and I have never felt better - Good Luck!!!!0 -
Sorry about that!
My New Years Resolution is to get into the 130's and STAY there!0 -
