Sadly, being English, I'm denied the educational benefits of that resource...
Also, shocking though it may seem to some, the internet is not actually the source of all knowledge. Many people have actually had an eduction in the hard sciences, which alone serves to debunk these sorts of myths...
Why would I, when I can educate myself on the subject beforehand? I've never touched poison ivy before, and don't plan to. I know it's not going to be pleasant. :indifferent:
But you've never done it yourself so you wouldn't know.
Correct. I only believe reputable sources of information that I find, and they all point out that the master cleanse is a fraud. :drinker:You can't believe everything you read on the internet
Yeah, well you don't need any o' that "book lernin'"
That's what Fox News is for.0 -
Wait a minute... does the body cleanse itself the same way on the other side of the Atlantic?Sadly, being English, I'm denied the educational benefits of that resource...0 -
I'm not a fan. Personally, I've done it. I saw some weight loss (about 6lbs) almost instantly but it wasn't worth it. A month later I was right back where I started. In my opinion cleansing doesn't really have any benefits to speak of... unless you happen to have a really good book.0

ElExGordo, it's obvious that over here we must all have magic cleansing-pixies at the bottom of our gardens. As my body clearly does not require cleansing, there can be no other explanation.0 -
