    For the first time in over three and a half years! 23 pounds total loss, 10 since joining MFP and 6 pounds in the last month or so! Feeling very motivated and proud!

      I remember the day I hit that number, and I binged for a whole day - gained 3 lbs.

      Anyway, you should feel great having accomplished this.

      I just got there too!! But it has been over a decade for me since I last weighed less than 200 pounds. It feels great!!!

      You absolutely should be proud. The weight loss gimmick sales people all tell you now easy it is to loose weight, but they lie. It is hard work. Way to go!!!
