    You really look amazing! I took a look at your profile, too and the overview of the "lifestyle changes" you took on are inspiring and helpful. Often I see these great results without specific details about how to do it - this is really helpful. I also like to look at the diary's of those that are successful.

    AMAZING!!!! I would love to add you as a friend so I can get more info about how you are having so much success! I've yo-yo'd since I was 8 years old! (I'm 34 now.) I was 145 when I met my husband, 160 when we married, 175 when I had my daughter (now 2 1/2), 250 right after I gave birth (!), I'm currently 195 and want to get to 145 by the end of 2012.
