Toning your back?

Hi everyone!

I was just wondering if you guys, especially the ladies, have any suggestions on workouts for the back?

    Jillian Michael's 30 day shred seriously I'm doing a second round of level 1 right now...

    This is my over all results so far, but I've not 100% completed the 30 day shred yet. First photo is before a week before I started the 30 day shred. The last photo is my current.

    I do the following for my back:

    Pullups
    Yates Rows
    Lat pulldowns (narrow and wide)
    Incline DB rows
    Cable Rows or a horizontal machine row
    Barbell shrugs (trapezius)
