I pray never to see 199 lbs again. That is one number I never want to see again. I am 22 lbs lighter and I don't want to see the 170's again either.0

anything over 123 I would say 120 but I need to allow for water weight... I will be 110 next year!!! at least 115! Currently 118 pounds0

Not my highest, but it took me months to break the 120 plateau.
120 was a pain in the butt. Seriously. I'm 118 now & I can't get to 110-115 for anything.. Frustrated!0 -
I started at 382 in October 2010. I am 225 now. Once I hit 199, my plan is to never go above 200 again!0

At my biggest, I hit 199 and I REFUSED to be 200. I know it is only 1 pound, but mentally I just couldn't take being a 200 pounder. I worked out, ate better, etc and got down to 185-ish. Then I started training for a half marathon and got down to 175. Then got married and gained weight which brought be back up to 189. The fear of getting close to 200 put me back on the right track. I found MFP about a year ago and since then I have learned to eat better, maintain proper calories for my lifestyle/activity level and I am down to 165. This is basically my goal weight and I am just in maintenance mode now.0

I started at 251. I´m weighting in at 206. I want to get under 200 and never see 200 again.0

My heaviest weight was 180..I am currently at 177..just starting back up. So my scale will NEVER say 180 or more AGAIN!0

Highest weight was 340 pounds... When I hit 299 I was SO stoked! Now I'm at 296 and I NEVER want to see 299 or 300 EVER again. Once I get to 199 I will NEVER go over 200 ever again.0

I always said I would NEVER let the scale say more then 140 unless I was pregnant. October of 2010 I tipped the scales at 141. After lots of hard work I can say I will never again (unless Im pregnant) let the scale say higher then 120!0

Everyone's responses were so inspiring! Some responses were humorous and made me laugh, others made me feel the determination through the computer screen! I enjoyed reading the dedication to "NEVER WEIGH XX AMOUNT AGAIN" it helped me as well beings I gained from the holiday week. Back on track, today is a new day and we are so close to a fresh new year!
