Hi everyone, i'm sooo excited. about 3 weeks ago I couldn't even walk 10mins. and today I walked for almost 19mins and then came home and popped in leslie samsone walk away the pounds and did 15 mins on that too. and have been feeling so good. no more legs that cramp.

from drinking an increase of water my face is so soft, i'm so amazed how soft it feels i keep touching my face, yes it's a lil success in my journey but for me it's a huge success. Thank you Jesus for the strength and thank you MFP for the encouragement and love.

  • It's not easy. It's not fast. But you are ROCKIN IT! Stay your course! You're doing awesome. Every day - one more minute, one more step. When you look back a month from now - you'll be even MORE amazed at what you've done. I am SO proud of you!

Thats awesome and you should be proud of yourself for that! :) keep on going!!!!!
  • Congratulations to you! I started in February not being able to walk around the block without stopping...I can do 7 miles now.

Go slow. Stop when you need to and don't push if you have serious pain. That being said - go out and do it every day! I was surprised at how fast I got addicted to fresh air and walking outdoors. Enjoy!

That is truly amazing, and I'm humbled by this post as I know we all take the little things for granted! May you be blessed and continue to do great things for yourself and inspire those around you!
    Cheers!!

Doesn't it feel great? First time I went out to run, it took me forever to go a really short distance, and a couple months later, that distance is nothing, and that time has been cut in half. Keep a record of it - looking back can be an inspiration when you need it on a particular day, and this is an awesome inspiration :)
