    The biggest problem is the loss of elasticity with age. For some of us, its a little too late, even with the other helpful tactics.

  • I've already accepted the fact when I hit my goal weight i'll probably be looking like you pulled apart a grilled cheese sandwich. That's to be expected someone my size though. Still wont hurt to try these out and hope for the best.

    Crash diets and excessive amounts of time spent exercising can rapidly shed both muscle and fat, and result in a greater amount of loose skin. Aim for no more than 1-2 pounds of fat loss per week, and include weight training so you build muscle to help stretch the skin.
