Marinating Question

How do you count the nutritional info of any marinades you use? For instance, we're having flat iron steaks marinated in Claude's Fajita Marinade for dinner tonight. I won't actually be consuming as much marinade as I used for the steaks. How would you suggest I track this?

I put in like 2 TBSP of the marinade, because I figure that's overestimating, but I'd rather be a little over than under...0

Great. That sounds like a plan. I'm with you, I'd rather over-estimate.0
