What do you do at night? This is when I sabatage my efforts. I can do great all day, but then at night while watching TV, its a back and forth motion that hinders the scale in the morning.

    I am the same way! I always have to have something to eat after dinner. Try drinking some tea. Last night I had some herbal tea with mint flavoring and added some Truvia and it worked! The other option is to eat less calories during the day and save some for at night.
  • I like to finish my night out with tea as well. With all the natural antioxidants it seems a great way to close out the day. Nothing allowed after my tea except water. I think it keeps me from continuing to eat all night!
