  • my tips would be eat when your hungry regardless of weather u go over cals, eat back workout cals but dont eat just cause u can. treat calories like money....if u have a big party to go to nye for example - go for a nice long run ar gym session in the morning (work up cal credit) so u dont feel guilty for enjoying the good food n drink. cut yaself some slack now and again. at times of holidays birthdays etc ive put on upto 8pounds but that seemed to kick start my motabolism each time. also weight train. not great heavy weights but enuff to feel the burn. dont be afraid of joining the men in the weight room. i also bike to work each day weather is nice (9 miles a day) this means i spend less time in the gym now on cardio x
