How Do You Like Your Eggs?

I like mine made from chocolate and covered with candy shell0

Scrambled, over medium, hard boiled and in an omelet!0

Scrambled is the only way I will eat them. I used to like over medium too, but now if I have a choice I really avoid anything but scrambled. Love me some scrambled eggs!0

Scrambled with turkey bacon or sausage, cheese, spinach, and mushrooms or in an egg salad sandwich (scrambled eggs mixed with dab of mayo and yellow mustard, served on a whole wheat sandwich thin with a slice of cheddar).0

My favorite way is over medium so the edges if the yolk are just beginning to set, but most of the yolk is still runny. mmm What I wouldn't give to have a good over medium egg right now, but I'm prego, so that's a no go.
mm yum!! I love my eggs like that! I love dipping bread in the yolk
My other favourite way is as an omelette with feta0 -
If I'm preparing them, scrambled.
But if I'm ordering, over medium please!
I have flipping issues.0 -
We usually have them scrambled with lots of frozen veggies and garlic and some herb like basil. But I really love soft boiled eggs with buttered toast sticks to dip in the yolks! Haven't had that in a while but I love it!!0

overeasy, wheat toast dipped in the broken yoke, then on top of the leftover toast. yum.0

Scrambled with salt, pepper, and a lot of hot sauce or picante sauce! Or scrambled in a breakfast taco.0

scrambled and over hard0

Over medium or scrambled with bacon... and either salsa or ketchup.0

Any time and any way... poached in a little cling wrap bag sealed with a twisty tie, with seasoning and a dash of olive oil is damn fine, turns out perfect poached eggs (as long as you make sure there is no air in it). The only eggs I don't like are those rubber ones they serve at McDonalds.. I mean c'mon, how hard is it to cook a friggin' egg? Oh, n back in my body building fantasy days, I would eat 15 at breakfast scrambled... with only 2 yolks
The best eggs though are free range. The yolks are golden orange, not anemic yellow like cage hen eggs. They taste way better too. I have 4 chooks. The cunning sods are secretly stashing the eggs somewhere I can't find!0 -
Wow 5 pages and no one said how I order them whenever I go out for breakfast.
Basted, easy.0 -
Just curious... Scrambled, fried hard, over medium, over easy, sunny side up, poached, etc, etc.
My favorite way is over medium so the edges if the yolk are just beginning to set, but most of the yolk is still runny. mmm What I wouldn't give to have a good over medium egg right now, but I'm prego, so that's a no go.
I'm no longer allowed to eat the yolks . . . too much cholesterol. But I so loved the not quite runny yolks. For whatever reason, "flip the egg, then break the yolks" is just too much for some people to comprehend.
Now, it's egg white omelets topped with salsa. Yum. I also mix up the whites in smoothies for a protein boost.0
