Ok, I'll help you with some things I eat, but Im going to get scolded for it! I am a dirty eater...the dirtier the better I like it, in other words almost everything I eat is full of perservatives and is processed. I found a delicious meal that is filling and is only 180 calories or 360 if you eat the whole box of 2 (which you probably cant). Stouffers Stuffed Peppers ready to eat and frozen...dont say eewwww, until you try them. Man they are good (they actually say "no perservatives" but I just noticed that). Easy and fast, pop them in a microwave and you are eating in 13 minutes! Soups are filling too. A whole can of Chunky Grilled Chicken and sausage gumbo is only 280 calories and very filling.
You should take a look at peoples food diary that have it open to the public and you can get some good ideas, of course everyones tastes are different.0 -

Egg white omlettes with veggies, tuna fish, grilled chicken breasts......0

If you eat a lot of white bread and pasta, try switching to wheat or oatmeal products. More complex carbs take longer to digest and are more filling.0

Look up green smoothie recipes - I just found a couple I'm going to try soon...
take a big handful of spinach, banana, apple slices, orange juice (or any juice), blend well, chug.
or big handful of spinach, banana, peanut butter splash of vanilla, milk ,blend well, chug.
edited: you can freeze the banana for extra thickness or add ice cubes. It keeps in the fridge for 3 days0 -
