High protein lunch ideas?

I'm looking for a go-to lunch that I can take to work. Preferably high in protein and low in sodium. Any favorites? Thanks!

    Tuna is high in protein... that's always a good one. Try mixing it with mustard instead of mayo and eat it on flatbread crackers or pita. Or, you could eat it w/out anything mixed on top of a small spinach salad.

    I love having tuna lettuce wraps...it's quick, easy and delicious! Lower carb diets work much better for me so using lettuce instead of bread is a good swap. I don't like mustard but using a little bit of light mayo, egg whites, celery, pepper and relish in the tuna does it for me!
