I'm Chris, a 43 yr old fluffy fellow trying to get fit once again. I had great success using MFP before. Then had some medical issues. I only kept one resolution from 2011 (Live through it). Now I'm back but this isn't a resolution. I just want to feel better. My only motivators are my wonderful wife and two rotten but wonderful children. I hope to get to know some of you better in the coming months. Thanks.
