Hi all! First time poster, here. I just finished my masters degree and it seems I gained the graduate school... 30. (ugh too many late nights and pizza laden study sessions...) I've made a goal to lose the 30 plus an extra 20 I used the app a while ago, but realized I need active friends to stay motivated. I reset my profile and started over Feel free to add me! I'm looking forward to meeting some of you and help motivate you too

Feel free to add me guys! I've got another 35 to go myself before I hit my big first goal. I'm here everyday and am participating in some challenges. I have found that the more active my MFP friends are, the better I do.0

I just started over about four months ago and with the help of being in Afghanistan and being away from alcohol and fast food (my two biggest setbacks) I have lost 35 pounds! Stay active and watch the sugar and I know you will see the results that you want!0

Hey!! Newbie here too, just trying to figure how things work here. This site seems really great and I will be using it everyday to help me get rid of all this 60 pounds of uselessness. I'll add you and try to get your mind made up about losing weight, then that way you won't fall off. I've been singing the weightloss song for a few years now and I've made up my mind now:-)0

Happy New Year Everyone! My goal this time last year was to lose some lbs, from a massive weight gain during pregnancy.. I lost 30 last year, I started out with Weight Watchers Online and when my time expired a friend told me about MFP. So I continued to use it but quit around August. So here I am again.. I have kept most of the weight off, but need to get back in the habit. Feel free to add me too.. I started off the year right today by running on the treadmill for a little over 2 miles 30 minutes.. so here we go again! We can do it.0

Vanidosa27,
I copied the address, but it didn't take me to the page.. ?? any ideas?0 -
I too am starting over. 2012 WILL be my year for success! And no this is not a resolution that will be broken by the end of this week. I need the change and am determined to make it work.
I was active on here but had surgery on my foot in October. Due to being inactive, a little weight has come back which of coarse triggered the depression...which triggered eating....and you know the cycle.
So although I am still inactive for probably a few more months, I have decided I HAVE to break the cycle! I can't change the activity level at this point but I I can take back control over my body through what I eat.
I would appreciate some support along the way. If you are looking for the same then feel free to add me.0 -
I am new also. I have tried so many diets over the years. It certainly helps to have buddies. Hard to do on own.0

I can so relate, i was almost at my goal weight in 2009 and then went back to school and have gained it all back. i am starting over again as well. How did you reset your profile, i want my starting date to be tomorrow and not 2008????0

Hello, feel free to add me if you like. I've lost 140lbs, but, as a food addict, I find I need to keep track of calories to ensure I stay on the wagon. If you're honest with yourself and what you log, eat right and exercise, you'll reach every goal you set and more. Happy to help in any way possible. Good luck!0

I've made the old cliche' New Years Resolution to loose weight. I too need as many active friends as possible, please add me.0
-

I am always looking to add new friends. Occasionally, I need the swift kick in the rear, and I have no problem dishing out the same.0
