    I am 5' 6" and my target weight is 120. It suits my body because I have a tiny waist and upper body, so all of my weight is stored in my lower half and the bottom of my tummy.

    After two years and losing a lot of weight, I still don't have a goal weight entirely picked out. I figure I will shoot high and then readjust?

    How does one choose ? LOL

    Right now my goal is 130 (at 5'4") .. But I might end up going lower or higher, it depends on how I look and feel. I haven't been close to that weight as an adult, so, I can only estimate.

    I'm between 5'3"-5'4" and I'd like to be between 135-140 lbs. Ideally, 125-130 lbs. would be best for my body but if I can get down to 140 I'll be happy, considering I was 138 lbs. when I started here and now I'm almost 160! :(

    5'10" and first goal is 230, then 210, and finally 190-185. I'll see what I like from there, but I'm more a bigger build anyways, so I'm thinking I'll start more strength training at 190.

    Same here. I put 134 as my goal because that will be 100 lbs lost and put me right in the middle of a healthy bmi. It's not set in stone though.
