5ft2 and my target is 129lbs, but I'll be happy to get to 135 because that would put me in the healthy weight range for my height.0

I'm 5'8" and my target weight is 160. I have been as low as 139 as an adult but now that I'm 44 I think 160 is more realistic to maintain. I'm usually a size 12 at that weight.0

I'm somewhere between 5'8" and 5'9", and my ideal weight is 125, but right now I'm just trying to get off the weight I gained after a stressful semester + the holidays and get back to around 130. I wouldn't mind my current weight right now if I thought any of it was muscle...but I know the truth.0

Im 5ft 6" and my inital goal is to get back to what I did last year with MFP which is 9 stone - 126lbs I may change it when I get there as I wasn't 100% happy when I reached it last time! so maybe 8.5 stone (119lbs) ?!?!?!0
