    Tweek your diet so that you are eating 300 calories less and try to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise. You don't have to do an intense workout, in fact there are studies out there that show that more intense workouts make you hungrier and then you eat more. Actually, walking is the BEST for you in every way! Good luck! I have about 30 lbs to lose myself.
