    THIS IS SUCH A WONDERFUL TURNOUT!!! I AM SO GLAD TO SEE ALL OF YOU JOINING ME IN THIS CHALLENGE!!1 YOU CAN SEND A FRIEND REQUEST TO ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE AND WE WILL HELP SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER!!

    SALAD FROM ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IS INCLUDED IN THIS CHALLENGE, ALONG WITH SUBWAY.. SUBWAY IS GREAT FOR CALORIES (FOR THE MOST PART) BUT RIDICULOUS ON THE SODIUM!!!

    I HAVE FAITH WE CAN DO THIS!!!

    I'm in. My habit is to stop for some iced tea or coffee. then while I'm there might as well eat a "small snack". Not this month. I'll stick to my plan and not talk myself into any fast food indulgences.


    I know exactly what you mean! I have the same problem from time to time!
