Sorry I wasn't able to post this yesterday but I am sure you can understand why.
Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

I'm in! I haven't been hitting 500/day like I was on summer vacation, so we'll see if I can ramp it back up.

This is a great way to stay on track! I have been terrible at doing my exercises, and have basically done absolutely nothing today. I am going to begin the challenge tomorrow, if that is okay--so my aim will be 3000 this week, but next week I'll go for the full 3500. Hope that is okay!

This seems like its going to be tough... But effective...
