are eggs good if im trying to diet and excercise? im thinking of hard boiling them but not eating the yoke......

    Hard boiled eggs are very good for you. If you want the full benefits of the egg then I would suggest that you do eat the yolk. In the yolk is where most of the nutrients are. If you have issues with high cholesterol then thats when you want to avoid it

    I haven't eaten a "real" egg since the beginning of Jan. We buy egg beaters and use them in place of everything that calls for eggs! To tell you the truth, I haven't missed "real" eggs on bit.

    As long as you don't have high cholesterol then it is perfectly fine to have an egg or so a day. For me, eggs keep me satisfied for much longer than other foods.

    its really good to eat eggs in the morning because they are suppose to make you less hungry the rest of the day.
