    Thank you!! It has certainly been a lot of work, but this is the first time in my life I have felt like I have made a true lifestyle change. I eat in moderation, but still get to have what I want!! For me, regular exercise has been so key...and just watching what I eat more instead of eating mindlessly. I still have wine, the occasional cupcake or cookie, go out with my husband/friends...it doesn't even feel like a diet!! The way I used to diet was too militant and never worked, I always gained the weight right back.

    Thank you!! That is like the nicest compliment ever because I HATE that picture. I almost made my friend take it down when she posted it to Facebook, but then I rationalized it with "Well, I am laughing, that's why my face looks so fat." Which is partially true, but in reality my face was just much puffier!!
