More of a cold noodle salad than a leafy one, but still delish:
- cold soba noodles
- shredded cabbage
- shredded carrot
- bean sprouts
Dressing (I mix it with a touch of hot water so it all blends together):
- spoonful of peanut butter (the amount depends on how many calories I have to spare)
- drizzle of kecap manis (a bit less than the amount of peanut butter)
- sesame oil (just a drop or two)
- splash of fish sauce0 -
Iceberg Lettuce
Baby Spinach
Diced Tomatoes
Egg Whites
Grilled Chicken

Italian Vinagarette
MY FAVORITE LUNCH EVER!!!! Thank goodness for Saladworks - if only they weren't so expensive!0
