i work in the food industry and i need

and i need buddies help me reach my goals

my first workout was today and i almost dropped!!!

  • HI. I got serious about losing weight about 2 weeks ago. The first time I did squats my legs were jello for 3 days. LOL :happy:

    hi everyone!
    I could use some buddies to help me with my journey too. I'm new to this and have dragging my feet on logging all my food. I've been training for about two years, I can gain muscle but I don't deem to drop pounds like others. I bel ieve will now make me accountable. this app is really good. I know it will be better than carrying my journal around. So..... I would like to make some friends because it gets really lonely when your by yourself.

    Hi! I just graduated culinary school this past year and I am trying really hard to find a job in the industry. But no one around were I live wants someone with no experience. But I do feel your pains.

    I just started my exercises this past week! My shoulders are soo sore. Please add me as a friend and we can all get through it together!

    I know the feeling. The first time I worked out I was sore for days. It got better with everyday so just keep at it.

    Working out is definitely way harder than it looks. I remember trying to ride a bicycle for the first time since I was a kid and MAN! does that hurt! Who knew riding a bicycle was that hard? lol Good luck and keep going!

    Feel free to a add me as well. I am 330 days into my life change. I've lost 78 lbs and give advice or just a pat on
    the back for FREE. Build up slowly and consistently on the workout regime. Its a marathon not a sprint. Don't
    hurt your self !!
  • I'm new too! I could always use an extra push. I really need to keep motivated. Last year I lost 30 lbs, but since June I have gained 13 lbs back.ugh. So I am back in it full force!

    Need support buddies . So far I have 3 and only one is serious about her weight loss issues. I do not want to waste my time and support on someone who will not log in. If you don't put some effort into it you will never know what MFP can do for you. I have lost 10 pounds so far. Looking forward to losing about 40 more. Add me as your friend if you like.
