    The sugar is super high in box mixes. I had this recipe with chocolate cake. I am trying to tweak a from scratch recipe that can be made like this with no fat, but it has no taste right now with no sweetener. Please look on the box for the dry mix to figure out the sugars and carbs, because I found them to be very high.

    You can also do a reduced sugar devils food cake mix and a can of diet coke for muffins too. i can' t recall the calories, but if you input in the tools it should calculate.

    I made this with the chocolate cake and it was really good. You cannot taste the pumpkin at all. I bet the spice cake is good too and i bet you could use any kind of cake.
