    Does anyone know if I can make this in a CrockPot? I know it doesn't need to cook long, but COULD it?

    Just made it, and had a bowl. Pretty good. I've never had a Moroccan cuisine (I went to an Indian rest. once) so, I don't have anything to go buy. However, it was good. Has a little zing to it. Doubt my family (or should I say hubby) will like it, but we'll try. And if not, pooh on them, more for me!
    (And I cooked the daylife out of it to make sure the potatoes were soft)

    And now I need to enter it.

    So after bookmarking this recipe, I made it this weekend and LOVED it. Great recommendation. It'll certainly be a recipe I go back to frequently. Very filling and yummy.

    Making this again for the 2nd time since last week! My family loves it. The first time I used sweet potato and it was an awesome substitution. Tonight it's the original recipe!

    Hmmm, it might! I mean something like chili usually freezes well and this is almost a chili. Well, it's a stew!:laugh:

    But, you get my meaning. However, I love the "Freshness" of it so it might lose some of that. But, my fav is the next day leftovers Sooo flavorful!!
