    Hello everyone :)

    Aussie girl here (from Victoria).

    I started using this App just prior to Xmas - it's terrific!
    I would love to make some friends from this community for mutual support,
    encouragement & extrinsic motivation.

    I have become very sedentary following a car accident 3.5 yrs ago.

    I was previously super-fit - a daily 6km power walker - up & down some rather steep hills.
    I would love to be able to exercise like that again as it is great stress relief & is very helpful for chronic pain.
    Unfortunately I'm unable to do that atm so I am doing the old calories in vs calories out (like everyone else using these tools I
    guess)!

    It would be fantastic to meet some fellow-travelers on this journey :)

    Please add me if you think we could benefit from some mutual support?

    Looking forward to new relationships & achieving a few realistic health goals :)

    Hi there :)

    I am also Coeliac (with IBD). Add me if you'd like - it can be quite isolating having these illnesses & would probably be good for both of us to have a little more support (from someone who understands).
