No restriction on your location.. No scary yellow line or voting off..
Just good old loss of weight and gaining of confidence - with an option of fitness challenges.
Biggest Loser UK series starts TONIGHT 3rd Jan
Thought we could log our weight loss each week - calculating the % to give a 'virtual' crown to the biggest loser of the week and then overall at the end of the show.
Anyone fancy this?
RIP Angie Dowds... lets do her proud!
Oh and chit-chat about the show also welcome!
List:
Porffor - 3/1/12 - 184.5lbs

It's on ITV1 for those asking0 -
I'm up for this I will log my weight tonight after the gym I think my sister will join too x0
-
Yay!! I'm not alone! lol
lauren - the weight you lose you divide by your start weight then multiply by 100. So if you weigh 150lbs and lose 10lbs (yeah we wish) then it'd be 10 Divide by 150 Multiply by 100 = 6.6% or rounded up to 7%
Hope that make sense - if any doubt we can work it out together later.
I'm happy to run a table of losses logged for accuracy.0 -
