Banana sushi rolls!

I forgot about these until my 7-year old asked if he could have some tomorrow. They're not really sushi, but it's the way they're made is why they're called "sushi rolls."
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread - your preference
1 banana - peeled
peanut butter - 1 or 2 tablespoons.
1. Take the bread and cut off the crusts. (It works a lot better without the crusts.)
2. Put the ends of the 2 slices together, overlapping just a little.
3. Use a rolling pin to flatten and spread out the slices to make it one long slice.
4. Spread your peanut butter evenly on the slice.
5. Put your banana in the middle of the slices.
6. Wrap the bread around the banana to make a "roll" or "log".
7. Cut the slices to whatever thickness you prefer.
You now have banana sushi rolls. The bread acts as the "seaweed" cover, the peanut butter as the rice and glue, and the banana is the filling.
They are delish! Just wanted to share.
