Tues: 721 calories burned (circuit training, dog walk)

This seems like its going to be tough... But effective...

Goal: 2500 cals
Monday: 335 cals (biggest loser ultimate workout)
Tuesday: 550 cals (just dance 3 and BG yoga)
Remaining: 1650....suddenly this feels doable!0 -

Day 1 for me (today) was a great success! Especially seeing as how I spent that last week on my butt lazing around! :P

Monday: nothing (didn't know about the challenge...and had a lazy/rainy day!)
Tuesday: 644 (swift walking for about an hour--most of the cals, followed by about an hour or so of shopping)
